In order to make a booking you will need to create an account and/or log in.


The Hirer and/or Driver are BOTH required to fill out a hire questionnaire in order to comply with the terms of insurance. It is therefore much quicker if the hirer is also the driver. The Hirer must also pay for the booking. In the event of the driver being a different person to the Hirer, please contact Jo for additional checks and forms.


For insurance compliance, you must ensure all your information and DVLA Check Code is accurate and up to date. You must obtain a Check Code from DVLA. You will need your National Insurance and Driving Licence numbers.

Each code is valid for 20 days so if you are making a reservation more than 20 days ahead of the hire date, you must obtain an updated check code before the hire date. We will send you a reminder.


You MUST supply Proof of Hirer ID/Address to verify your identity and permanent address. We require TWO proofs of name and address, dated LESS THAN 90 DAYS from the date of hire. These documents will be cross-referenced against the driving license. Please submit PDFs, which must show the whole page. These documents are an insurance requirement.

If you choose to send a bank statement the sort code and account number MUST be visible but the balance and transaction details can be blacked out. You will not be able to take the vehicle if you do not provide the right documents than can be verified and insurance will be void. Accepted documents include:

  • Gas/Water/Electricity Bill
  • Council tax bill/statement
  • Mobile phone contract statement
  • HMRC Tax Code Notice
  • HMRC Self Assessment 'Notice to Complete A Tax Return'
  • Rent Book
  • Morgage statement
  • Employment pay slip
  • Bank statement
  • Credit card statement

  • Please ensure you read the Terms of Hire. You will receive a copy by email for your records once you confirm your booking with payment.
